• Nominated entrepreneur must own and operate their own private sector business in Milton. 
• The company has been in operation for a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 5 years.
• Business must have been launched by nominee, not newly acquired from existing owners.

• Nominees do not need to be a Milton Chamber member.

• Awarded to an organization that has successfully created a supportive workplace environment and culture for its employees.
• Not-for-profit and private sector organizations are eligible.
• The organization must have been operating in Milton for a minimum of 3 years, with a physical presence in Milton.
• Nominees do not need to be a Milton Chamber member

• Must be a Milton resident
• Individuals must have performed the act(s) for which they are being nominated in the past 12 months.
• Individuals must have performed the act(s) for which they are being nominated in a voluntary capacity in the community, over and above those required of them in the performance of their regular professional duties. Or, in the course of their professional activity, have brought outstanding/remarkable attention to the community on a provincial, national or international basis.
• Individual cannot be a currently elected representative.

• Individual must have performed the acts for which they are being nominated in a voluntary capacity in the community, over and above those required of them in the performance of their regular professional duties. Or, in the course of their professional activity, have brought outstanding/remarkable attention to the community on a provincial, national or international basis.
• Individual cannot be a currently elected representative.
